"Quotes are way less of a headache now"
InkSoft has made quote management a lot easier for us. I know it took a little bit to get comfortable with everything, but that’s normal with any system, and it was worth it. Now I can put a quote together, make quick changes, and actually see what’s been sent without digging through a million emails. Customers get their info faster too, which makes us look more on top of things. It saves me time every week, so yeah, I’m really happy with it...

"Decent branding tools, but setup could be smoother"
I’ve used a few branding tools in the past, and this one has some good options to work with. That said, getting everything set up felt a bit clunky at times. Once I got through the setup, it was okay, but the process could definitely be more streamlined.

"Would be nice if the pricing had a little breathing room"
InkSoft does what we need it to do, so I can’t really complain too much there. The pricing, though, feels rigid, which is fun when you’re a smaller shop or having a slower month. I asked about options, and support was fine enough, but apparently flexibility isn’t really the thing here. It works, I just wish the plans felt a little less like they were designed with zero room for real-life ups and downs.

"Pretty smooth and reliable overall"
I’ve been using InkSoft for a while now, it’s been a solid experience. I hardly ever run into bugs, and if something does act a little off, it’s usually minor and easy to work around. It’s nice not having to waste time dealing with random issues all the time, and it definitely makes my day-to-day work easier.

"The integrations did what we needed"
We connected InkSoft with our Shopify store and accounting tools, it went smoothly. Setup wasn’t instant and took a little time, but support helped us get through it. Now orders move through the system much more easily, which is really the whole point if you’re trying to save time and avoid extra manual work

"InkSoft has gotten a lot better..."
InkSoft has gotten a lot better with the latest updates. Things load quicker now, and some of the small stuff that used to annoy me seems to be fixed. I use it most days for shop orders, and it just feels smoother overall. Its still not perfect, but its definitely easier to work with than it was before.

I’ve found the catalog tools to be fine overall, they get the job done for what I need. That said, making updates feels a little clunky to me, like there are a few extra steps that slow things down. It’s usable, but I’d personally enjoy it more if the editing process felt smoother.

Setting up my store on inksoft went mostly alright, though I kept wondering if I was missing something obvious. The steps were there, but a few of the menus felt a little confusing, so I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to get things where I wanted them.
Once I finally got the products and logo uploaded, the store looked decent. Support did help when I reached out, but it wasn’t super quick. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I guess I expected it to feel a bit smoother

I was hoping this would make things a lot smoother, and to be fair, it does save me some clicking here and there. But getting it set up was more confusing than I expected, and I still had to go in and manually fix a few orders, which was frustrating. Support was fine, nothing amazing. Overall, it’s not terrible, but I’m a bit disappointed because I expected it to feel more polished.

Keeping up with stock is way easier now. The counts actually stay updated, and I’m not constantly losing track of sizes like I used to. should’ve had this in place sooner, that was definitely the reason things got so messy before.

I used Inksoft to put together a few shirt designs, the design tool was simple to use. Uploading my logo did not take long, moving things around felt easy, and I liked being able to see the shirt while I worked on it. I did not really need any help figuring things out, which made the whole ordering process a lot less stressful

inksoft has a lot of the tools we need for handling orders and running online stores, so overall it does the job. I’m totally calm about it, really, but some parts do feel a little unfinished. There are a few spots where you end up clicking around more than you should or using small workarounds to get things done. It’s not a dealbreaker, and it works fine most of the time, but I do wish it felt a bit more complete

"Better than I expected for the price"
I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy with InkSoft given the price, but it’s actually worked well for my shop. Setup did take a little longer than I hoped, but once I got through that, it handled what I needed. It’s not the most polished tool out there, but for what you pay, I’d say it’s a solid value...
